Daily Frozen BV operates dailyfrozen.com, a B2B marketplace for frozen food surplus. Our servers are located in Europe (Frankfurt) and we process data in accordance with GDPR.

Purchase intent data (quantity, messages)
Newsletter subscriptions (email, company, preferences)
Usage data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised)
Error logs via Sentry (no personal data transmitted)

3. How We Use Your Data

To facilitate B2B introductions between sellers and buyers
To perform credit checks via Atradius Atrium
To send transactional notifications about your requests and deals
To send newsletter updates (only with explicit consent)
To comply with Dutch and EU tax regulations

4. Data Retention

Company and deal data is retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Audit logs are retained indefinitely as legal records. Newsletter subscriptions until unsubscription.
